Ordering Information: Orders
can be placed via our website, this service is open 24-hours a day 7
days a week. You can also call us on 01435 811555 and place orders
over the phone,this service is open between 9am-5:30pm Monday to
Friday. Additionally,if you have a copy of our brochure you can send in a
postal order, or fax the order through on 08701 624 456
We aim to despatch your order to you within 3 days, delivery can take a
maximum of 7 days.If any problems arise with your order we will contact
you by telephone, please supply your telephone number when ordering.
Depending on the size/weight/value of your order, it will either be
despatched by Parcel Force (24hr delivery), Recorded Delivery or 2nd
Class Post.

Refunds and Exchanges We
want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.If you are not
satisfied then you can return the product in it's new and re-saleable
condition within 6 weeks and we will send you a replacement or refund
which ever you prefer.
The customer will bear the cost of return which will only be refunded if goods are faulty.
Please quote your invoice number, name and address with all returns.
Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the original card that
the goods were bought with;if these details are not supplied there may
be a delay in your card being refunded. Please obtain a "proof of
postage certificate" free from your post office, for your own benefit.
We cannot refund or credit washed/worn nappies, covers, bedding or
clothing, unless faulty.
Please be certain of your choice before washing or using. Returned goods must be clearly marked "Returns Department" and posted to:
